These cover every 100X Builder proposal unless yours says otherwise. Last updated: July 2026.

Paying

• One-time work: half to start, half when it's done. "Done" is defined in your proposal — a specific checklist, not a feeling.
• Monthly services bill monthly. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no exit fees.
• Payments run through Stripe. You get a receipt automatically.

Money-back guarantees

• Builds: if you don't like the direction after the first round of changes, your deposit comes back in full.
• 24/7 receptionist: 30 days, full refund, no questions.

What you own

• Everything with your name on it: your domain, your content, your photos, your brand, your customer list. If you ever leave, it all goes with you.
• We keep the right to say "built by 100X Builder" in your site footer unless you ask us not to.

Scope — no surprise invoices

• Your proposal lists exactly what's included and a "done when" checklist per item.
• Anything beyond that line is an add-on with a price listed up front, or a written quote before work starts.
• Timelines are honest estimates. If something moves, you hear it from us first.

Cash + trade

Part of any invoice can be settled in trade — your expertise, introductions, or work — credited at a value we agree on in writing before that phase starts. Both sides get receipts.

Referrals pay you

Send us a customer who signs: 10% of their first-year revenue is credited to your bill (or a free month of service per referral — your pick, stated in your proposal).

Straight talk about the platform

Parts of our platform are new and improving weekly. Founding-client pricing reflects that. If something we run for you breaks, we fix it fast and you'll never be charged for downtime.

Your info

What you tell us stays between us — no selling lists, no sharing your data. Your customers' data on systems we build for you belongs to you.
