Most seats here need zero code.

You need a phone, a brain, and something you care about. No résumé. Name the title that fits you and start scoped — you keep the seat by doing it. The few seats that need an AI and a GitHub are marked separately below.

How to raise your hand

Say the title(s) that fit you — in Discord #open-positions, on the Builder Revolution call (Tue 5 PM PT) or the Build Guild call, or reply to whoever sent you.

You start scoped (trust-ladder rung 1) and grow by doing. There's no interview beyond that.

If you're new and unvetted: expect one small, scoped task first — a way to show the work speaks for itself before any seat or access is offered.

What would help most right now

The seats Darrick himself ranked highest — remote, no in-person requirement.

TOPTechnical Co-Pilot — someone who knows computers deeply, is genuinely into this, and sits (virtually) helping carry and understand it. The single biggest relief. Half of this is ARAYA; the other half is a human partner, on the Chief of Staff track.
Bring people in
Revolution Recruiter — bring people to the movement: run invites, welcome new arrivals, get them to their first call.
Community Coordinator — organize people, greet and route newcomers, keep the roster current.
Calls Orchestrator — schedule, host, and follow up on every call so nobody's call falls through.
Brand managers

One person owns one brand and grows it.

Frequency Forge Manager — promote the music/media brand.
Music Promoter — get the songs heard: playlists, socials, share links.
Guardian Forge Manager — grow the legal-self-defense brand and welcome case-builders.
Pattern Theory / Books Manager — own the book line: launches, reviews, readers.
Forge Owner — one each for Character, Creation, Reality, Wealth, Signal, Infinity. Promote and tend the forge.
Media and social

Post, don't code.

Social Distributor — we post once, you push it everywhere: Shorts, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
Podcast Manager — booking, recording flow, editing hand-off, publishing.
YouTube Long-Form Manager — the long-form channel: podcasts, a monthly video, thumbnails, uploads.
Umbrella Social Manager — oversees every profile across every brand; keeps voice and calendar consistent.
People and ops
Base Command Lead — owns every builder's /u/ page and the render/audit/offer machine.
Legal Assistant / Paralegal — organize case docs in Guardian, track deadlines. Some legal knowledge helps; still no code.
Teach
Coding Coach — teach beginners to get past computer-fear and into code. The one seat about code that takes no coding to hold — it's teaching.
Build seats

These need an AI and a GitHub. Everything above does not.

ARAYA Interface Lead — own the ARAYA UI full-time until it's caught up.
Widget Builder — build and fix Pulse widgets on the dyno.
Discord Workspace Lead — turn Discord from a chat into a real work area: channels as the shop floor.
Merge / Deploy hand — land PRs, keep the board flowing.
AI seats

Built, not hired — but a human still owns each one.

Digital Secretary — an agent that wakes on a timer, checks the Commander's email, does handed admin. Partly exists: the M7 Gatekeeper already triages the inbox on a timer — extend it, don't rebuild.
Data / Bootdown Orchestrator — session data lands in the brain, gets filed, and is readable by ARAYA so the moment work stops ARAYA already knows what happened.
Local / in-person

Doesn't fit into a remote seat, but is genuinely wanted.

Family Court Lawyer (local) — relieves an active legal load. Feeds the Guardian forge and case work.
In-Person Videographer — capture the build in the real world.
Hardware Engineer / battle buddy (local) — show up and build side by side on real hardware projects.
Local Operator — ground crew, wherever the work is.
