ARAYA Receptionist · Setup

Put her on your line.
Five minutes. One dial code.

You keep your number. Nothing ports, nothing changes carriers. You dial one code and every call you'd have missed gets answered, qualified, and texted to you instead of dying in voicemail.

1Grab your ARAYA number

When your line went live we texted it to you — that's her direct number. Calls forwarded there get answered in your business's name.

Can't find the text? It's also at the top of your console (the no-password link in the same thread), or call (855) 916-8875 and ask.

2Pick her job

Catch what I miss RECOMMENDED

Your phone still rings first. She only gets the calls you don't answer — busy, ignored, or phone off. Zero change to your day, zero missed jobs.

Answer everything

She takes every call first, screens the junk, and live-transfers the callers worth interrupting for straight to your cell.

3Dial the code for your carrier

Dial from the business phone itself, with your ARAYA number in place of NUMBER (10 digits). You'll hear a beep or see a confirmation — that's it.

Different carrier, or the code didn't take? Call (855) 916-8875 — ARAYA can look up your carrier's code and read it to you while you dial.

4Test it (60 seconds)

That text is the product. Every real missed call from now on lands exactly like that.

Straight answers

Do I lose my number?

No. Your number stays on your carrier, on your bill, in your pocket. Forwarding is a setting, not a transfer — dial the off-code and it's like she was never there.

Can she just BE my number — no forwarding at all?

That's a number port — it's on the roadmap as the top tier. Porting takes carriers 2–4 weeks and we do the paperwork with you. Forwarding gives your callers the identical experience today, which is why we start there.

Does forwarding cost me anything extra?

Some carriers meter forwarded minutes like outbound calls. On modern unlimited plans it's included. Worst case it's pennies per missed call — cheaper than the job you lost.

What do my callers hear?

Your business name, a professional greeting, and a note that the line is recorded. She qualifies them with your questions and treats your regulars like regulars.

What if she gets something wrong?

Every call is recorded and transcribed in your console. Tell us what to change and she works differently on the next call.
